Spencer will have access to printing of stats at halftime and postgame. Stats will be emailed out to coaching staffs and the visiting SID at halftime and postgame. Teams can also access live stats with a tablet or laptop by visiting StatBroadcast.com, clicking Today's Events-L-Liberty-and finding the corresponding game.

Schedule a Practice
To schedule a practice, please email Emma Taylor (eetaylor2@liberty.edu), Events and Facilities Manager, one week prior to your desired practice date. Goals, balls and water coolers will be provided at your scheduled practice. For any additional sport medical needs, please email Anthony Gugino (agugino1@liberty.edu). Please contact Emma 15 minutes upon arrival to facility, and he will greet you and answer any questions your staff may have prior to game day.
Game Day Timeline
The pregame timing sheet will be emailed to you from the events manager one day prior to the scheduled game day. The timing sheet will also be posted in the locker room and on the team benches the on game day. The visiting team bench will be located to the left of the 50-yard line from a spectator's vantage point. The game clock will begin the 90-minute countdown 98 minutes prior to the start of the game. With eight minutes to game time, the clock will read 0:00. At 0:00, the field will be cleared for stick checks, starting lineups and the national anthem.Visiting Team Locker Room
A locker room and towels will be available in the Campus East Field House before, during and after the match. A member of the Event Management staff will be able to provide you access when you arrive at the facility. The building is located on Campus East in between the Liberty Field Hockey Field and the sand volleyball courts. Visiting teams will now enter the locker room from the back of the building by the sand volleyball courts right outside where the bus will be parked.
In the locker room, hand sanitizer pumps, disinfecting wipes and disinfecting spray will be provided by the game operations staff. The locker room will be cleaned and locked down prior to your arrival. The locker room dimensions are: 705 total square ft. | 30 feet 7 inches x 15 feet and 1 inch.

- Bus Parking: Prior to arrival, please contact Emma Taylor, Events and Facilities Assistant, at (562) 341-5123Â to communicate that you are five minutes out from the facility. Upon arrival, please pull your bus into the R11 parking lot adjacent to the Campus East Field House. Once your team and equipment is unloaded, the event manager will park your bus into the lot. In the overhead picture below, the red indicates where bus parking will be and also where teams will enter their locker room. The blue indicates what route each team will take to get from the locker room onto the field. Mitch Brown will walk you through when you arrive.
- Spectator Parking: Fans may park in any available space in any lot around the field except for the R11 lot.

Inclement Weather Protocol
- In the event of severe weather, both coaches and officials will be notified by the athletic trainer and game operations personnel if there is a lightning strike within 20 miles. If an additional strike takes place within eight miles, the field will be cleared and all team and staff members will immediately take shelter inside the building. A 30-minute countdown timer will begin from the last strike within the 8 mile range. Once inside the building, game management will keep both head coaches and the officials aware of the weather situation as it progresses.

The Campus East Athletic Complex training room is located half way down the main corridor on the left. Due to COVID-19, access to the Athletic Training room will be emergency access only.
