Lady Flames' Israel Journey: Day 5

On Tuesday, the Lady Flames wrapped up their tour of the Jerusalem area by visiting the house of Caiaphas, where Jesus was put on trial before the chief priests.
The team then traveled to Eilat, located in the southern tip of Israel. The Lady Flames attended the opening ceremony of the 2014 Friendship Games, which will tip off Wednesday in Eilat.
Very little information about this year's Friendship Games is available on the tournament website (available here), other than the dates of the event (June 10-17).
Four years ago, the Lady Flames went 5-0 to win the Friendship Games title, capped off by an 82-58 victory over the Israel Under-20 National Team in the championship game.
Another memorable aspect of the 2010 Friendship Games saw former Lady Flames Carra Coy, Danika Dale and Amber Mays join the short-handed team from Palestine for the latter part of the tournament. Additionally, Carey Green even had the opportunity to serve as a guest coach of the Palestine squad.
Keep an eye on LibertyFlames.com for updates as the Lady Flames chase another Friendship Games title.
