With Liberty's 2013 men's and women's cross country seasons set to begin on Friday, Alan York of the Liberty Flames Sports Network previewed the upcoming year.
The video features interviews with Lady Flames Jacy Christiansen and Katie Russo and Flames Jarred Cornfield and Caleb Edmonds, as well as head coach Brant Tolsma.
The men's and women's squads will travel to Earlysville, Va., on Friday for the season-opening UVa Duals. The meet will consist of a men's 4K race at 5 p.m. and a women's 4K at 5:30.
