Student-Athlete Q&A
What made Liberty University the right place for you to attend college/compete at the collegiate level?
Liberty was the perfect location for me first and for most to build my relationship with God, then just great community, great coaching staff, and everything is just like a family.
Is there anything special you do pregame or postgame and why?
I always take a walk around the field and then pray under the goal post just thanking the Lord and asking Him to continue helping my great grandmother see the hard work I put into the game. Which is why I have a tattoo of her name on my arm.
Who in your life inspires you and why are they such an inspiration?
My mother inspires me because of the hard-working person she is. She always has shown me that hard work pays off.
What is your most memorable athletic moment/accomplishment?
In our Bowl game in 2021, I had 10 tackles.
If you picked your jersey/uniform number, why is that number important to you?
The number 6 is my grandmother’s favorite number.
Favorite meal (breakfast/lunch/dinner) and what is that special meal?
For breakfast I like waffles and bacon, for lunch I like a burger, and for dinner I like chicken Alfredo.
What is the first app you check on your phone each day?
Twitter has a lot of good quotes about drive and determination and reminders of the goals I’m chasing.
What is your favorite hobby outside of athletics?
I like to watch movies outside of athletics.
