2008 (Jr.): Saw playing time in all 12 games, starting against VMI and No. 12 Elon … had a breakout year, finishing the season tied for sixth on the squad in total tackles (48) … tied for third on the team with six tackles for a loss and led all defensive backs in the statistical category … his 30 total yards loss on tackles ranked third on the team … tied for third on the team in sacks (2.0 for 19 yards) … one of eight players on the team with an interception … also added two pass breakups, two quarterback hurries and a forced fumble … finished with four or more tackles in seven out of 12 games … opened the year with four tackles against both North Greenville and Glenville State … tied a season high with five solo stops at Western Carolina … four assisted tackles against Lafayette … had a pair of solo stops against Charleston Southern, including a tackle for a loss, a quarterback hurry and a pass breakup … four tackles during Liberty’s road victory over VMI, including three solo stops and a forced fumble … eight tackles against Gardner-Webb, including five solo stops and two sacks for a loss of 19 total yards … closed out the year with a career game, helping Liberty knock off No. 12 Elon with a nine-tackle performance, which included six shared tackles, 1.5 tackles for a loss and a quarterback hurry … helped the Flames rank No. 13 in scoring defense (18.67 point per game), posting two shutouts and holding three opponents without a touchdown.

2007 (So.): Stepped onto the playing field for nine games … topped his freshman year numbers in total tackles (33), along with solo tackles (16), assisted stops (17) and tackles for a loss (3.0 for five yards) … finished the year No. 11 on the squad in total tackles … one of two players on the team to have multiple forced fumbles … also added two pass break-ups and a quarterback hurry … opened the year with an assisted tackle for a loss … three solo stops against William & Mary … two assisted tackles against Elon … six stops against St. Francis, Pa., including four assisted, one tackle for a loss of two yards, a forced fumble, a quarterback hurry and a pass break-up … four tackles against Toledo, two solo and two assisted … tallied a career-best seven tackles against Charleston Southern, including three solo stops and an assisted tackle for a loss … three tackles against VMI, including two solo stops, a tackle for a loss of two yards and a forced fumble … capped off the year with a season-high four solo stops and a pass break-up, helping Liberty seal its first-ever Big South championship with a victory over Gardner-Webb.

2006 (Fr.): Saw playing time in all 11 games … started the season finale at VMI … finished the year with 26 tackles … 14 solo stops … 12 assisted tackles … also added three pass break ups and a quarterback hurry … was named Big South Freshman of the Week on Nov. 6 after finishing with four total tackles, three solo and an assisted stops, along with tackle for a loss (one yard) and a pass break up in Liberty’s shutout victory over Western Carolina.
