2007 (Fr.): Honorable mention AVCA All-East Region selection, becoming one of only nine freshmen in the nation recognized by the organization … just the third Lady Flame ever to be honored by the AVCA at the NCAA Division I level … named Liberty’s second consecutive Big South Freshman of the Year (following Kallie Corbin in 2006) … also a first-team All-Big South pick and a member of the Big South All-Freshman team … became the first Lady Flame freshman ever to be a first-team VaSID All-State selection … tabbed a Rising Star by CVU.com … won all four Big South Freshman of the Week awards during October (10/7, 10/15, 10/22, 10/29) … earned a spot on the Big South Championship All-Tournament team … finished second on the Lady Flames’ roster in kills (393), attack percentage (.302) and assists (83) … posted the most kills by a Liberty rookie since current assistant coach Jennifer (Belk) Vaden tallied 444 in 2001 … her attack percentage was the fourth-highest by a Liberty player under the rally-scoring format … came into her own during conference play, ranking second among Big South players in both attack percentage (.343) and kills per game (4.26 kpg) in conference-only matches … came up with a career-best 19 kills and a career-high 16 digs at High Point (9/28) … matched her dig total with 16 more, the following afternoon at Winthrop (9/29) … tallied more kills (18) than the entire Norfolk State team (17) during a 3-0 sweep (10/23) … posted a double-double (14 kills, 11 digs) and put down the match-winning kill as Liberty ended Winthrop’s 63-match conference winning streak (10/27) … ended year with a team-high 18 kills against No. 10 California in the first round of the NCAA Division I Tournament (11/30).
Prep: Led the Fayetteville Christian School volleyball team to the NCISAA 2A state title match as both a junior and a senior … a National Christian School Athletic Association (NCSAA) third-team All-American … named one of the top 250 seniors in the nation by PrepVolleyball.com … NCISAA All-State performer for four straight seasons … totaled 404 kills, 85 aces, 84 digs and a .415 attack percentage as a senior … led the Warriors to four conference titles and was a four-time conference player of the year (EPIC from 2003-05 and CFIC in 2006) … tabbed the Fayetteville Observer’s All-Cape Fear Region Volleyball Player of the year in 2004, 2005 and 2006 … also a four-time NCISAA 2A All-State selection in softball … member of the National Honor Society.
