Liberty left-hander Shawn Teufel was selected in the 2010 Major League Baseball Draft by the Detroit Tigers. After a few games with the Connecticut Tigers of the New York-Penn League, Teufel has been promoted to the Western Michigan Whitecaps of the Class A Midwest League.
